SUNSHINE SHORT FILM FESTIVAL

In 2011, Bruce White of the Sunshine Business Association and I developed a film festival to celebrate the people, the enterprises and the industry of Sunshine.

I was then the Sponsorship Manager at Victoria University with a brief for community engagement and development in the Northern and Western  region. The film festival appealed to both my professional and personal interests.

We made the festival into an iconic, community based event in the North, Western region.

2020, Bruce has since left the building but we are still going strong and have developed from a scrubby, local festival to a scrubby, award winning, international festival.
